Panasonic has shown off its AX Series Windows 8 Ultrabook hybrid laptop. The AX series laptop is a fold-able hybrid and it is going to be launched in Japanese stores at the end of this month. This device will be powered by low-voltage Core i5 or Core i7 processors, featuring either Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro. The Windows 8 Ultrabook hoods a touch display of 11.6-inch with a familiar resolution of 1,366 x 768, and it is little thick in dimension but its Panasonic style remains unchanged.
It has greater connectivity options with two USB 3.0 ports on the right edge, accompanied by HDMI socket, and on the other face there possess many ports such as an SD card reader, ethernet, power, mic and headphone ports. The keyboard looks attractive as the on hand business laptops and such attractive design made plenty of space available to our fingertips. But the touchscreen of this Panasonic laptop is not much attractive. For the memory the laptop possess a 128GB SSD and 4GB of non-expandable RAM.
On October 26th, the AX series will be launched in Japan in three different configurations, an Intel Core i5 processor clocked at 1.7GHz or 1.8GHz, and a Core i7 at 1.9GHz. Similarity among the three configurations is the availability of 4GB memory and a 128GB SDD. In the hybrid configuration a removable battery is being offered, and the faster Core i5 and the Core i7 models are coming with an extra cell bundled in.
That Core i7 with 1.9 GHz processor will be arriving with connectable projector for business types.
